Henry Kosch

Henry is currently nearing the completion of his Bachelors degree at Simon Fraser University (SFU), and will finish with Honours in Geography and a Major in Economics. He is also an exchange alumnus of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where he spent the semester learning about how Hong Kong has attempted to handle its own development and housing affordability challenges. Recently he has spent the last 2 years working as a Community Advisor for SFU’s Residence and Housing. Through this experience he engages with residents to assess their developmental needs. Henry has also completed a number of internships including with the Agricultural Land Commission and the Department of Foreign Affairs. Most recently he worked for the Downtown Vancouver Business Improvement Association as their Granville Street Program Assistant. In this position he engaged and collaborated with stakeholders to implement pop-up street activations, helping make the street more interesting for pedestrians.
