Almas is a people, culture, and systems leader with over nine years of experience across organizational strategy, governance, and workforce transformation in the Americas and EMEA. She currently works in a senior HR leadership role, partnering with C-suite executives on organizational design, long-term planning, workforce strategy, labour relations, and building systems that support accountability and sustainable growth.

Her work sits at the intersection of structure, inclusion, and people, helping organizations make data-informed decisions that are both practical and fair. She has supported organizations through talent development strategy, performance management and large-scale change, including contract negotiations and enterprise system implementation.
