A note about CityHive’s hiring processes: We want to be transparent about our hiring and recruitment processes and what you can expect. While we appreciate that AI and Language Models can be useful tools for some contexts, we are committed to ensuring that all hiring and applicant selection processes remain entirely human-centred. We do not use AI tools for hiring purposes, and all applications are screened by real people (our team!) and analysed against an evaluation rubric that has been thoughtfully developed based on the position description and organizational / programmatic needs. For full-time staff positions, identifying information (name, pronouns) is removed prior to the initial application review in an effort to eliminate bias.
