CityHive will develop a comprehensive engagement plan and implementation timeline for a specific process or project, informed by team expertise and community outreach.

Workshops
CityHive will organize and conduct a youth-focused workshop, brainstorming session, input gathering session, or idea jam related to your project. A summary report will outline the outcomes and feedback collected from the youth participants.
Length of engagement: 1.5-4 hours
Youth Ambassador Program
(I.e. Youth Engaging Youth)
There’s no better way to engage young people than through their peers. Networked engagement involves training a team of youth leaders to conduct project-specific workshops and engagement sessions with their peers in the community. The feedback gathered from these sessions is then used to inform the broader engagement process.
Length of engagement: 4-18 months
Youth Advisory Program
The youth advisory program can offer your project or organization regular input on strategy, programs, or projects either on a scheduled basis or as needed.
Length of engagement: 1+ year
