Jack Suchodolski
A lifelong learner and community-builder, Jack’s passion for connecting with others and the environment has guided his work in academic and community engagement contexts. As a settler of European ancestry living on the unceded territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), he is committed to ongoing learning and action in support of justice and reconciliation. Jack currently works in academic administration at UBC and brings professional experience spanning operations, strategic communications, team management, financial oversight, and event coordination. Much of his work has been grounded in a commitment to youth-centered, climate-just futures, and he is excited to contribute these values and skills to CityHive’s mission and strategic growth as a member of the Board of Directors. Jack holds a Bachelor’s in Geography, Environment, and Sustainability from UBC and is also an avid musician, having performed internationally as a clarinetist in wind ensembles and symphony orchestras.
