This one-time pilot program offered young individuals aged 18 to 30 the opportunity to develop their pathways to sustainable careers. It encouraged young workers and volunteers from diverse sectors to collaborate with their employers and communities, contributing to climate sustainability initiatives within their areas of influence.
Program Overview
Building on more than six years of experience delivering youth climate innovation lab programming, the ClimateWorks Lab supports youth to take the next steps in their climate action journey — from idea to implementation.
Program participants are guided through four core program module

Explore climate action and justice, levers for change, and climate impacts on workplaces and communities.

Following a design-thinking process, develop climate action plans for work or community contexts.

The pilot cohort of the ClimateWorks Lab launched in September 2024 ran until May 2026.
