Shikhank is a social impact strategist, applied researcher, and facilitator with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of equity, systems change, and community-based innovation. His work spans accelerators, funders, universities, and international NGOs, where he has led initiatives in venture incubation, participatory engagement and learning, design-based learning, sustainable financing, and sustainable development in Canada, United States, and internationally. Shikhank’s practice is grounded in relationality, equity-centered design, and a commitment to transforming how institutions engage with communities. He holds graduate degrees in Sustainable Development and Business Administration. He is passionate about working alongside others committed to youth leadership, sustainability, and decolonial futures.
