Every day in this work, I see the same truth: young people are not only ready to lead — they’re already doing it. But the challenges of our time are immense. Polarization is deepening, democracy is under threat, and the climate crisis is accelerating. What gives me hope is that young people are stepping forward with creativity, courage, and vision.

So, how about this weather? It may normally be small talk, but the snow from this last week has me thinking a lot about balance. The sunny skies and cool air both energize me and remind me to care for myself by keeping warm.
